Is Spanish Property Portal an Estate Agency?
No Spanish Property Portal accepts adverts from private owners and Spanish real estate agents who pay us to advertise their Spanish property online.
I can't find a property suitable, do you have any other properties available?
No, all our properties are included in our property database. You can leave a message with your requirements. This will be passed to all our advertisers as they may have further properties available. They will contact you direct.
I have done a search for property in a specific town but can’t find any properties available, why?
We may not have any properties in that particular location. Also if it is a small town our advertisers may have allocated it to the nearest large or well known town. Try ticking the search box to search on all towns.
If I advertise my Spanish property how much do you charge and how much commission to you charge on my bookings?
We do not charge any commission on your booking, all you pay us is the annual charge to advertise your property.
How do people contact us?
When you sign up you enter your contact details. These are then transferred to your advertisement.
I have forgotten my username and password can you help?
Of course we can, e-mail your name and address that you registered with and we will e-mail your details to you.
I can't upload my photographs, why?
They are probably too large in memory size. If you have software on your computer such as photoshop elements you can reduce the size. Alternatively email them to us with your name and property ID and will reduce and upload them for you. This we will do free of charge.
I have an item in my admin menu "Enquiries for Property" are these enquiries that I have had for my property?
No these are enquiries that our visitors have left via our "leave a message" facility. You should check these on a regular basis to see if any are relevant to you.
How secure is my credit card on Spanish Property Portal?
When you pay for your advert you are transferred to the "WorldPay" secure site which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland who process your payment to us in a secure manner.
I don't have a credit or debit card, how can I pay you?
Once you have signed up and entered your property details instead of clicking on the advert payment email us your Name and property ID. You can then transfer money to our account via your bank or internet banking. Our contact details can be found on our Contact Us page.
How long does it take for my property to be advertised?
Once you have signed up, entered your property details and paid your property is live. Everything you need you will find in your admin panel
My property is full booked do I get a refund?
Sorry no you don't, but you can enter another property and allocate the property credit from your fully booked property to your new property.
How much wording should I put in my advert?
As much descriptive wording as possible. Although your property is in a database we have devised a method for submitting each and every property to the search engines. The more descriptive wording about the property and location the better.
How can I alter my advert?
You can alter your advert at any time through your Admin control panel.
