The accommodation is modern, spacious, light and fully air conditioned, and is ideal for families, couples and golfers alike. It sleeps up to 6 people with the use of a leather sofa bed.

Lounge

Modern living area is furnished with a 2 seater and 3 seater brown leather sofas (one being a sofa bed), coffee and side table in mahogany with glass inlay and contempory lighting. It is equipped with satellite TV with many English channels, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Two large patio doors enhance the room with the pool view and access the patio area.

Furniture matches that of the lounge and seats six people.

Kitchen

Modern fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric hob, extractor fan and oven, dishwasher and microwave. A Glass door leads to a utility area housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Double bed, plenty of storage space with large fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to sun terrace and pool view. It has a lovely en-suite with twin sinks, toilet, bidet and bath with shower over.

The complex of Princess Park has an electric gated entrance, garaged parking, four swimming pools and a children's pool set in attractive landscaped gardens. The nearest supermarket and bar/restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Walking further on (5 minutes drive) will bring you to the 'Strip' well known in Calahonda for its wide variety of restaurants and bars. Around the corner from the Strip is the El Zoco centre where there is a further good choice of restaurants, bars and large supermarket.

Locally there are several beaches to explore the nearest one being only a 5 minute drive away.

Marbella and Fuengirola, with their vibrant night life, excellent shopping, waterpark, zoo and Tivoli World Theme Park are all only 15 minutes drive away, whilst Gibralta is a 50 minute drive.

Malaga airport is 35 minutes by car.
